Fundraise

Thank you for joining Team Survive and supporting us with your fundraising. Together we can make a lasting difference for survivors of sexual trauma across Yorkshire.

The following pages will give you tips and advice on how to make the most of your fundraising. Every pound you, your friends, colleagues and family members raise for Survive will help to rebuild the lives of survivors.

We hope you enjoy your experience of fundraising for Survive. If you need any further information or support please do not hesitate to get in touch: fundraising@survive-northyorks.org.uk

How you can help

Every pound you raise will support our work and make a huge difference to survivors across North Yorkshire.

For example:

£65 will keep our Helpline open for a 4 hour session – providing non-judgmental emotional support and information to any adult impacted directly or indirectly by sexual violence.

£80 will pay for 6 sessions of Support Work – giving emotional and practical support to survivors of sexual violence as well as their parents, partners, carers, friends and other family members.

£170 will pay for a Survivor to have 10 sessions of Counselling to help them to find the strength they need to cope with and recover from their past experiences.

£350 will enable a Survivor to receive 20 sessions of specialised and tailored Trauma Therapy to reduce the impact of trauma and enable them to rebuild their life.
