Survive is a user-led organisation and your voice is important to us. We continuously collect views from our service users and professionals, as your views and comments are important for the planning and development of our service.
We have launched a new survey for service users and professionals working with survivors of child sexual abuse. The survey will only take about 10 minutes and your comments would be highly appreciated. We will make sure that your views are not identifiable in any way to ensure confidentiality.
If you prefer to fill in a paper survey, you can call us on 01904 638813, and a copy of the questionnaire will be sent to you.
